SYNOPSIS: Pete is on the threshold of a new beginning, three weeks from his high school graduation. The world is his oyster, he's told, but there are some problems: He might not graduate, his girlfriend is breaking up with him, his guidance counselor has given up on him, and his parents won't speak to each other. His dad thinks he's a ghost. And for some reason, garden gnomes are becoming an important issue in his life. At the crux of these problems, Pete just doesn't know what to do with his life. Determined to avoid the fate of his underachieving slug of a brother, Pete begins a journey to find the answer to the question, "What would you do if you were me?"
