SYNOPSIS: Being late is not just a past-time for Donald Hault — it's a lifestyle. In fact, being late causes him to lose his job, his girlfriend, his best friend, and his self respect. But then, while in the depths of despair, he meets a mysterious street vendor who offers him a very special watch. Don soon discovers that this watch does not tell time, it gives it. With the simple push of a button, he is able to freeze time. His newfound power seems to be the solution to all of his problems, but of course, time has a way of catching up with all of us.
