SYNOPSIS: Julie Etta is a Hillbilly and Romeogre is an Ogre, which means they should not be friends. Except they are and now everyone knows it. As the school dance approaches, Hillbillies and Ogres alike consider the rules about how they’re supposed to mix and wonder if they really make sense after all. This play addresses questions of social equality and peer pressure with nods to Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
