Synopsis
Do you ever wonder what animals are thinking? Well, it would help if they actually said what they were thinking. In Pound they do say it, and a lot of it! From Paris Hilton's leftovers, to the risks of eating peanut butter, these animals will literally say and do anything. There is even a West Side Story face-off between the dogs and the cats! And the realization that the sudden appearance of strange jewelry on your collar can shock you, really shock you, is only the beginning. Mafia cats, a dog having an identity crisis, a cat with an obsessive-compulsive disorder, and a bunny that thinks it's a Corolla, all add up to an eccentric mix of wonderful climactic chaos. Lines are drawn and alliances are created and broken, with the ultimate goal being freedom. Will any of these eccentric animals get adopted? Pound stimulates laughter and tears as it looks at their colorful, and at times, futile pursuits.
