SYNOPSIS: A twist on the familiar tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. A city isn’t plagued with rats, but with unruly children. They come up with an ingenious plan to get the piper to lead the children away, but it backfires in hilarious fashion. Lots of silly poetry and some jabs at modern education make this tale relevant and fun. Because… you still have to pay the piper.
