"We had a wonderful experience with One of Our Clowns is Missing. We took first place at our Sub-section and Section Tournaments so we performed at the Minnesota State Festival. We had extremely positive comments from the judges and audience. Some of the comments from contest judges were that the play was touching, funny and had visually beautiful opening and closing scenes. The neatest thing was that both Rob Frankel and Jay Patterson came to see our performance and actually met each other for the first time that day. We got a very touching letter from Rob Frankel congratulating the cast and the crew on a moving performance. Thanks Brooklyn for another great play!"

One of Our Clowns is Missing was staged January 23, 1998 and "Starred" the same year at Minnesota's High School League State One Act Play Festival. “Starred Performance," which is top billing at the state festival, is determined by private balloting of the judges. It is the ultimate honor.
