Some stores program their employees to speak without thinking. Don't you just love going into a fast food joint and you say "Hello! how are you" and it's like you're not a human being, you're just an annoyance to the server. For here or to go? No matter what you say... all you'll hear is For here or to go? I wrote this play to have some fun with the bureaucracy at fast food chains and take a jab or two at the dept. of motor vehicles as well! So tell your players to have fun getting back at the petty annoyances they deal with in the course of the day.
