SYNOPSIS: A rehearsal at the Centerville Children's Theatre Company is interrupted when six fairy tale characters enter and plead with the Director and Stage Manager to act out their stories. Each has been left out of a classic fairy tale: Cinderella's friendly step-sister, the eighth and oversized dwarf (Shorty) Hansel and Gretel's dense sister, the fourth little piggy, Sleeping Beauty's zombie-like sister, and Jasper, the not-so-little bear. As the stories unfold from new points of view, familiar tales get a comic makeover.
