SYNOPSIS: Bobby has the body of a teenager but the mind of a four-year-old. His younger brother, Jimmy, is a normal high school student. Bobby desperately wants to go to school and do the things Jimmy does, but Jimmy finds Bobby's handicap to be an embarrassment and a burden. Two street punks try to steal Jimmy's money at the bus stop but are thwarted when Bobby comes to his defense. The two teens realize they are lucky to be able to claim the other as...my brother.
