SYNOPSIS: Jillian and Aurey have been inseparable friends since grade school. With indulgent parents removing all obstacles, these besties have a great life. But when said parents attend a conference intended to teach them how to toughen up their spoiled children, Jillian and Aurey’s world falls apart. All their previous dreams, so dependent on them remaining as a duo, come under threat. They’re being required to do such horrible things as (gasp!) get jobs, earn decent grades, forgo phone time and even (double gasp!) go their separate ways! Near the end of their senior year, Jillian and Aurey have almost given in to despair, but their classmates find them, help them, tell their story and ultimately renew their hope in the future and their undying devotion to one another.
