SYNOPSIS: King Egbert and Queen Ethel are ready for their son, Prince Howard, to take over the kingdom so that they can retire to their time-share in the Bahamas. To find his future queen for Prince Howard, a ball is planned where there will be lots of dancing. But Prince Howard has no rhythm and hates to dance. Desperate for help, Prince Howard summons the Lord Chamberlain and the dance master of the kingdom, Lord Pigeon Toe. Willie Wizard, court magician, is called upon to cast a spell to bring forth two great dancing teachers—Mike and Janet, "the dancing duo"—to teach Prince Howard how to move. The night of the ball approaches, and the entire kingdom gathers to see who will capture Prince Howard's heart on the dance floor. But will events take a surprising turn?
