SYNOPSIS: Mrs. Cheney accuses her student, Sydney, of cheating when she discovers that Sydney has altered a grade and even forged her handwriting to change the comments on an essay test. We learn, though, that Sydney's alterations are just for herself, and are her way of compensating for her lack of success and positive attention in school. By the end of the conversation, Mrs. Cheney's suspicion of Sydney turns to admiration.
