SYNOPSIS: Rumors and gossip spread quickly through a fairy tale forest in this delightful look at how the story of Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf gets blown out of proportion each time it is retold by a different character. Everyone from Rapunzel and the Three Little Pigs to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs gets involved in the comical grapevine. Sure to please audiences of all ages and ideal for contest use, this short farce even manages to teach a simple lesson through its cockeyed humor.

"The students enjoyed putting on this production, we combined Once Upon a Grapevine with Rumplestilskin, The R-Dawg Hip-Hop Minstrel and it went together very well. We had 70 plus students on the cast and crew and it made it so easy to infuse the two plays together to accommodate all of the students who wanted to participate. Audience loved it and could not believe the number of students that we were able to involve."
