Overview/Synopsis
Cinderella is young girl who lives in a small kingdom and is treated poorly by her cruel stepmother and jealous stepsisters. One day the town criers invite all the young ladies of the Kingdom to attend the Royal Ball and meet Prince Charming. Her Stepmother agrees to let her go as long as she finishes the long list of chores.
It seems as though Cinderella's chances of attending the ball are slim, but with the help of her Fairy Godmother, a magical spell is cast which transforms a pumpkin into a carriage and creates a beautiful gown and glass slippers for Cinderella to wear to the ball. The Prince is having a humdrum of a time at the ball...that is until Cinderella arrives. The two dance until midnight, when Cinderella run's out, leaving one glass slipper behind.
With only the slipper for guidance, the Grand Duke searches the entire Kingdom until he finds a perfect fit...Cinderella. The Prince then invites Cinderella back to the castle to be the new Princess.
A spell-binding story, charming music and endearing characters that will enchant and live in your heart forever. Including favorites "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo." |
