Will Ledesma

Will Ledesma is a Houston, Texas-based playwright who specializes in Theatre for Young Audiences. His original works and adaptations have been produced all across the United States and Canada. In 2008, his original fairy tale The Girl Who Wore Golden Clothes won the 1st Place Prize for Drama in the Texas Christian Writers' Conference and was honored in the inaugural Cordell Green New Plays Contest. In addition to writing plays for churches and schools, several of Will's plays have been produced professionally. Among these are The Velveteen Rabbit, The Jungle Book, Teammates: A Drug Awareness Play, The Hero Squad vs. The Princess Snatchers, and Pinocchio and his Father (Brooklyn Publishers). When he's not writing or directing, Will enjoys spending his evenings at home with his lovely wife Kimberly and their three children, Robbie, Isaac, and Shiloh.
