| | Oklahoma author Joanna Dell has dedicated much of her life to public school education, serving as English teacher, forensics coach, librarian, counselor and administrator, all while continuing to write freelance.In addition to a Bachelor's in English, she has earned three Master of Education degrees. Her writing experience includes penning a weekly inspirational newspaper article entitled, Count Your Blessings. She has also written numerous contest-winning plays including, Airline Calamity, Elevator Therapy, Guilty as Charged, Dad Stop, Please Stop, and The Park Bench Encounter. She's a proud mother of three, Dillon, Joseph, and Lauren, and Adrianna Rose's Nana. She believes teachers are blessed with opportunities to identify and foster the unique talents of their students and attributes much of her success to her high school English teacher, Haskell Citty, who inspired her lifelong dream of writing. | |
