James Brady
James Brady is the author of numerous plays which have been produced off-Broadway and around the country. Mojo Hand was a finalist for Actors Theatre of Louisville's Heideman Award. In addition to The Big Dance, three of his other plays have been published: The Last Shot and Making the Grade (Eldridge Publishing) and Cajun Poker (Norman Maine Publishing). Brady is a past recipient of a State of Florida playwriting fellowship. He has a M.A. degree in mathematics from the University of Alabama and a M.F.A. degree in playwriting from the Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. Originally from Mississippi, he now lives in upstate New York.
