Synopsis

There are three kinds of journalists in Gentlemen of the Press: an aspiring young newsman with high ideals, a big-city feature editor with none, and a prize-winning country editor-publisher. The three newspaper types are swirled together in this fast-moving comedy that also has its moments of introspection. To say more about the convoluted plot of this up-to-date comedy would let the cat out of the dramatic bag.
