What is an “eScript”?
I did not receive my email with instructions on how to obtain my eScript.
Our internet download system is automated and the emails are sent within minutes of your order, but some school spam filters may block the email from reaching you. Please call us at 888-473-8521 if you do not receive your internet download email within one hour. We will verify your email address and forward the email to you. If you have an alternate or personal email address, that may help ensure that you receive your download as quickly as possible.
