Brooklyn Publishers has been a strong source of comedy and dramatic plays for high school, middle school, and youth theatre for over a decade. Our reputation for powerful, well-written, yet easy-to-produce stage plays has grown each year.
In addition to our many quality full length and one act plays, we offer the largest selection of ten minute plays and theatre books on the market. Our plays have won countless contests and awards and have been recognized for their dynamic plot twists, multi-dimensional characters, and overall strong writing.
Anyone conducting a school drama program realizes the fine line involving the selection of plays to produce. On the one hand, it must be a show that sparks the attention of your students. In today's extra-curricular-friendly schools, there will always be competition for your actors' time and dedication. On the other hand, no teacher wants to produce a 1st-rate show, then face outraged parents, teachers, or administration because of language or content. That's why we provide powerful, cutting-edge scripts that will thrill students and please adults.
Whether you're seeking plays for stage production or drama competition, you've come to the right place to fulfill all your dramatic needs. If you desire play recommendations, we're happy to help you find the perfect work for your school. Our entire staff looks forward to helping you and your drama program have the best year ever. |
